To join a game or book a session, all players must agree with the following. They are safety measures to make sure everyone at the table can enjoy the game and prevent harm. You can also be assured that your game master will be agreeing to a similar set of rules, as laid out here.
No physical violence at the table
No bullying, abuse or harassment of any player or the game-master
No racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism or bigotry that isn't explicitly within the confines of the fictional story.
No slurs (unless you are actively reclaiming it as a part of the marginalised group the slur is referring to and everyone at the table is comfortable with you using it)
Respect the lines, veils, conditions and boundaries set up by everyone at the table
Communicate your own lines, veils, conditions and boundaries to everyone at the table
Speak up if at any point you feel uncomfortable with another player, the game-master, or game content
Respect player agency
Avoid making character decisions that will actively make the game less fun for the rest of the table (adding narrative conflicts or difficulty is absolutely fine and can make the game more interesting and fun; don't have your character just start party conflicts because it would be funny to you and no one else)
Avoid interrupting anyone else and avoid 'cross-talk' (talking across one another, particularly in online games)
No use of large language models/AI at the table or for the game (i.e. no use of ChatGPT to produce character art or check rules)
